I start my part-time job tomorrow as Coffee Wench (The Rodeo equivalent of a barista) at Sky Gypsy Cafe. I am looking forward to getting to know new people and learning how to make a spectacular coffee. And saying, “Thanks a latte” to the customers.

Congratulations James and Diana, she is absolutely beautiful and perfect!
I am thrilled to be a grandma and only wish we could be there in Virginia in person to celebrate Alicia’s arrival.
At last Rodeo residents and visitors can now quench their desire for wonderful espresso and other steamed coffee drinks, smoothies, and other yummies. We now have proper coffee house/internet cafe….AND…..a movie theater! Sky Gypsy Cafe is open for business and I am sure it will be a place Chris and I will visit often.

I sold my first quart of goat milk this week for $2.00 plus a 50 cent deposit on the jar. It has been a blast introducing folks to organic, non-pasteurized yummy tasting goat milk. Stay tuned for the further adventures of Kathleen the Milkmaid as she morphs into Cheese Maker.
